You can put promotional messages on all your Quote documents as well as any Tracking emails that go out. Promotional messages are a good way to advertise a new product, an exceptional service or some other feature of your company. You can have an unlimited number of messages that rotated into a Quote each time a Quote document is generated. That way, the message maintains its freshness.
Messages are added in the Admin -> Promotions section.
To create your first message, click the Add button and choose the Office it is for. If you have multiple offices, you can add different messages for each one. When a document is generated, the promotional message used will be from the list for that office.
Now you have the 1st record. Enter your message and include Spanish if you want.
Add another one. Messages are not used until you activate them by clicking the activate button and it turns green. You can deactivate any message by clicking on the green activate button so it turns red.
Messages can also be permanently deleted by clicking on the red trash can. The Last Date Used column shows when the message was last put on a document.
Here is how the promotional message will show up on the Quote document. It would be similar on the Tracking email.
